My child needs intensive mental health help!
What are my options?
Answer the following questions to find out if you are eligible for DMHA's Child Mental Health Wraparound Program:
Are we eligible?
My child...
is aggressive
has experienced psychiatric hospitalizations
has been suspended from school multiple times
has been involved in multiple disciplinary systems (child welfare, juvenile justice, special education, etc.)
has an individualized education plan
has not had success with traditional mental health services
engages in self-harm or self-injury (hurting themselves, has sucidial ideation, reckless behavior, making hopeless/worthless statements)
If you checked several boxes, your child may be eligible for hte CMHW program.
Other eligibility requirements...
Child/Youth is between 6-17 years of age
Child must live in the community
Child must be eligible for Indiana Medicaid
Child must have two qualifying mental health diagnoses*
